Our Council Founded in November 1950, Our Lady of Victory Council #3358 started with 64 members in a small building belonging to Saint Martha's Catholic Church. Since 1978 our home is our large Council Hall located at 4880 Fruitville Road. Our Council Hall is also available for rental to host your special occasions.
